Please allow 5 days for shipping within in Australia and New Zealand. For International orders please allow up to 12 days.
We recommend using the registered postal/shipping service as we can’t accept any responsibility for packages not received.

Making Credit Card Payments without a Paypal Account

If you don’t have a PayPal account then don’t worry, you can still makeCredit Card and Debit Card payments with ease.
Place your order and when checking out select PayPal as your payment option.
When you’ve finished checking out you will be redirected to PayPal to make your payment.
Then select the following option (highlighted) and you’ll be able to make a Credit Card or Debit Card Payment!

Returns

Sorry but we cannot refund orders if you simply change your mind.
In the event of an exchange, the customer must return the product with the invoice.
We can’t be held liable for the postage cost for exchanges.
In the event of a faulty product we are happy to offer our customers a credit.
Please keep your receipt for proof of purchase.
No returns or exchange on sale items.
